General Shipping Information:

Your order will be shipped as an insured package from Austria. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package at any time. 

Shipping Costs:

• Austria: Free shipping
• Europe: €10.00 (free for orders over €170.00)
• Other countries: €19.00 (free for orders over €200.00)

Shipping Times:

Each piece is handcrafted and packaged with lots of love and care. After the order is finalized, the processing and shipping times are typically as follows:

• Austria: 5-7 business days
• Europe: 7-10 business days
• Other countries: 10-15 business days

If you order items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together. In such cases, the shipping time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time. 

The shipping times provided are estimated from the shipping partners. Please note that I cannot take responsibility for unexpected delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Therefore, I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Shipping times for countries outside Austria and Germany depend on the destination. 

Customs Fees:

All orders are shipped from Austria. As a result, no customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU. However, these may apply to countries outside the EU. 

Please note that customs and import tax regulations vary by country. These fees are collected by the respective country upon crossing the border and are not covered or reimbursed by me. 

If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged. In the event of a return, these fees will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns:

If you are unsure about the material, color, size or other details before placing your order, feel free to contact me via email (hello@baxiethelabel.com) or Instagram (by.vmw). This way, we can work together to avoid returns, saving time and resources. 

If you are still not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please notify me of the return in advance via email. 

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. I do not provide return shipping labels and returns cannot be sent postage unpaid. Unpaid shipments will incur a fee of €15, which will be charged to you. 
• I recommend using a tracked shipping method to allow for investigation in case of loss.

- Name
- Order number
- Items being returned
- Reason for return (exchange or refund)
