Refund policy
General Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped as insured packages from Austria. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched. Use this number to track your package.
Shipping Costs:
- Austria: Free shipping
- Europe: €10.00 (free for orders over €170.00)
- Other countries: €19.00 (free for orders over €200.00)
Shipping Times:
Each item is handcrafted with care. Processing and shipping times are generally:
- Austria: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- Other countries: 10-15 business days
If you order items with different shipping times, all will be shipped together, based on the item with the longest delivery time. Shipping times are estimates - delays by the carrier are beyond my control.
Customs Fees:
No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU. For non-EU countries, customs fees may apply and are not covered by me. Refusing a package or returning an item will still incur these fees.
Returns:
If unsure about material, color, size or other details, feel free to contact me via email or Instagram (by.vmw) before placing your order to avoid returns.
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Notify me via email before returning.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unworn and in original packaging.
Return shipping is your responsibility - I do not provide return labels. Unpaid shipments will incur a €15.00 fee.
Use tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery.
How to Return Your Item:
Include the following with your return:
- Name
- Order number
- Items being returned
- Reason for return (exchange or refund)
