Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal of Your Purchase
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the withdrawal form provided on this page or send me an email at hello@baxiethelabel.com. Using the withdrawal form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed me of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

I recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as you may be responsible for the risk of loss of the goods during return shipping, where legally applicable.
Refund
If you withdraw from the contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered by me, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I received your notification of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
If you expressly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by me, any additional costs resulting from this choice will not be refunded.
Handling of the Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Please therefore handle the goods with care during the withdrawal period and return them in a condition that allows for resale wherever possible.
Goods Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized to the customer’s personal requirements.
For Bäxie, this particularly applies to individually made or personalized products that are produced specifically according to your personal requirements.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected in all other respects.
